Found this 2014 Express with 46k miles on it. AWD with the Explorer conversion. Had the van for almost a year now. It’s my wife’s DD. We love it and use it for weekend camping trips with the grandkids. Slowly building it to our needs but most of all just using it. Here’s a before and after so far. 5D22A8EE-3BF8-48A8-AABE-12054CA35DDC.png7BF53F49-6C93-40F6-93DF-9F5255B80D82.jpeg454041C6-EA5B-4057-BE0E-51995F11DF83.jpeg

The after looks great. It is a unique van for sure. Not sure about the Cadillac grille, but the headlight I am sure are a huge improvement over stock

Nice rig, I keep looking for one. I hadn't seen the Cadillac front end treatment. Quite the daily driver...

Did you see the recent thread on removing all the ground effects? I'm a fan of the look:

Maybe with some rock slider rails if the step-in assistance is still needed?
When I put the lift, wheels and tires on I thought I was going to have to go down that road. A little trimming was all I did. I don’t want to take them off if I don’t have to.

I have 2500 suburban springs on my van as well.
On one side, passenger IIRC, the bolt of the spring pack bracket thingy (the u-shaped clip the keeps the leaves in line) that is closest to the front hanger is rubbing a groove in my frame. There is about 1/4" clearance of the same bracket on the drivers side.

Anyone else having this happening? Or maybe I have a bent perch or spring.
