I ordered some rollercam straps and received two that are not correct. Tried several emails with no response. Anybody have a phone number, I cannot find one. I thought theirs were made in the USA but it clearly says "made in China " on the labels... Ken

Goal zero's web site says there are only two ways to charge their lithium 400 solar and a wall outlet.

You cannot move your subscription over to the gen 3. You have to start a new one so you might as well wait until yours is about to run out then you can buy the gen 3 and pay for the year.
