:luxhello: T100's are great trucks! And your modifications are looking good! I bought a 1997 new and drove it for 10 years and a month. It didn't need one single repair during that time. A couple of batteries, but nothing else. I'm looking forward to seeing your build-up.

A friend of mine bought a low mileage 1999 Suzuki DR650 last year. The engine would just randomly shut off while he was riding it. After cleaning the carb., including the jets, the problem didn't go away. He ended up buying a complete carb. rebuild kit from the Suzuki dealer. Installing the kit...

Congratulations, that is a great bike! :bike_rider: I had a 1987 XL600R, and I bet that it had a similar engine and running gear. I had it when I lived in CO and it was fun, simple and reliable. The XL600Rs I have seen lately are very worn out, so you made a great find.
