RTT recommendation for family of 4

My family of 4 has been using the Teupi Autana 4 for about 4 years or so. The mattress is 96" x 72" so if you aren't taller than 6', you can sleep head to toe on the short dimension so everyone gets 24" of width for sleeping. It started out fine but as the kids keep growing, it's getting really...

    22 BS thread

Here's my daughter's collection. She started out with a crickett and then one of my friends built up the AR-22. Going from one shot at a time to 25 round mags was a game changer for her. I had to fight her to get a turn. It's the most fun I've had shooting in a long time. It's hard to shoot...

    Question for you RTT owners

I've done it with some ramps made out of unistrut/super-strut from home depot. Connect them to the roof rack and slide it up. Not the easiest thing to do but not impossible. I made a little cart to slide it off onto so I can move it around the garage.

    The Dometic CFX3 Mega Thread

Are there any alternate wiring options for a Dometic CFX3 95DZ that don't involve a 12v cigarette connector? I feel like these connectors have a tendency to loosen up with vibration. I saw the manual says not to cut the DC cord but if it is fused, what would be the issue? Is this a warranty issue?

    DC-DC charger setup question

Any significant pros/cons between these two types of fuse? Seems like the terminal fuse would save a connection by going directly from the conductor to fuse/terminal as opposed to needing another section of conductor for the ANL fuse.

    DC-DC charger setup question

I have a similar setup I'm working on to put a aux battery in the bed of an F-150. I am basing it on the Renogy DC-DC MPPT charger for future solar panels. I have attached the basic diagram from the Renogy manual showing the main parts from the starting battery/alternator to the DC-DC and aux...

    Your Sleeing Setup...

We have a 10 year old and a 4 year old and the 4 of us sleep in a Tepui Autana. The kids love it. We keep the sleeping bags folded up in the tent and can park, have the tent set up and the kids in there in less than 10 minutes. It's great when we get to camp late.

    Socks

I'm a Darn Tough convert. I've tried all of the major brands over the years and the Darn Tough fit better and last much longer. I bough 2 pairs over 5 years ago and I finally wore a hole in them. I just sent them back for replacement and hope to get another 5 years. I know they are expensive...

    Thule Xsporter

I've had a Tepui on mine for 6 months now including a 2,500 mile road trip. No issues and it feels really stable even with the family up there. I would recommend checking the bolts where it attaches to the truck bed on a semi regular basis. I have an F-150 with the plastic rail cover and I...
