FS: w463 50mm urethane spring spacers

These have sold. Didn't mind the 2" at all, but swapped onto some springs vice the spacers. Caster wasn't such an issue; I also replaced my trailing arm brackets with the mil-spec style lower ones.

FS: w463 50mm urethane spring spacers

Selling my "Titus Pullo" 50mm urethane spring spacers; these came off my g500 after about 1500 miles to be swapped for a 25mm set. The look is great and the ease of install is hard to beat. Selling for $110 shipped. This set is navy blue in color.

    Breather tubes

Mine is a 2002 G500. So the factory tubes extend into the engine compartment? I'll go on a search. I've briefly gone deeper than the bottoms of the doors, but definitely will not ford prolonged distances deeper than that. My door seals are in need of replacement, and even after that I'm not...

    Breather tubes

Ilian, Thanks very much that is helpful. Have you seen anyone extend any of these? When I get a chance I am going to try to chase each of these down and check their condition, but am curious about getting them in the water. I know the factory rating is to the center of the hubs, but trying to...

    Breather tubes

Does anyone have a list of breather tubes to check on the trucks? I have an 02 500, and want to make sure all of mine are attached/functioning. Mainly concerned with diffs and trans, but interested in any other recommendations from those on here on ones to check. I've done some searches and...

ExPo build base advise diesel - G vs. G55 vs. G500

A g500 with 2" of lift on 33s nets me 11-13 mpg at 68-70 mph. Not sure any of them do much better, save a diesel. And the 500 gets to 60 around 10 seconds IIRC. That being said, I love it, the the m113/5 speed combo is bulletproof, save the idler pulley

    Difficulty fitting poly bushings

We got them in; ears were brought back in and once bolted straight; only tried that on the one. Once we shaved, lubed, shaved some more it went in. The bushings had to be significantly shaved for the axle side bracket on each arm; the other ones went in fine as described above. It aligned well...

    Difficulty fitting poly bushings

I purchased poly bushings and lift spacers from Titus on here. He and I have been in contact, and both are struggling to understand why we are having difficulties. My mechanic cannot get the arm bushings to slide into the axle and frame brackets once installed on the arm. The "lip" of...
