I ended up getting one on eBay. The housing picked up a fair bit of water over the last couple months and I finally changed out the lens today. It is a pretty easy job once you figure out where the screws are and how to get to them.

Maybe just leave the single seat in the back. That's how I have been running it, still a lot of space for gear and the guide dog. This pic may show a couple of options.
