This could be a game changer for some, Ford Transit Trail coming to the US

This is a W3X chassis, 148" wheelbase, extended length, 350. All Trails are 350 weight class. No fan, (this isn't mine), I didn't order fans, the roof of the prototype looked like it was all beat up, I figured I knew how to install them better than Ford (or their upfitter) unless they prove...

This could be a game changer for some, Ford Transit Trail coming to the US

As I understand it the ones that had been "produced" were released from the upfitter on Thursday.

This could be a game changer for some, Ford Transit Trail coming to the US

Who you gonna call? They are pulling Transit orders for production currently so any lack of availability has to do with dealers who have no interest. Read @TheDesertRat post above. If his fleet dealer wanted to sell Trail models he would know all about them. My previous quote "You would...

This could be a game changer for some, Ford Transit Trail coming to the US

The first Trails are scheduled for production in June and I assume will continue through the end of the model year. Your dealer not knowing anything about it is very common. If the dealer doesn't sell, order, receive Transits then they wont get Transits. You have to find a dealer that is focused...

Ford Transit chassis cab DIY composite camper

Have you fit these yet? You will have to do quite a bit of trimming of the pinch weld at the rear of the front WW. Also the back edge of the front bumper. Here are the high clearance shock brackets...

    Expovans Transit 4x4 Conversions

What I really like is all of the pics of the things that the other guys don't really show. Great to see this coming together. I like the strut pocket lift approach. The used van market is off the charts right now, 40% year over year, and it isn't going to "bottom out" anytime soon.

Big Brawny Transit Trail edition may finally coming to the USA

I think "coming here" is a bit of a misnomer. They are considering a trim package addition for the USDM Transit that shares a name and some features with a EU model. EDIT: That is a EU FWD van in the spy shots..... It does have twice pipes though, curious if this indicates a new motor option?

    New Fed EX delivery van.

Fascinating they are so quick to market with these, from the article above, https://newatlas.com/automotive/brightdrop-ev600-van-production/?itm_source=newatlas&itm_medium=article-body Besides the supply chain, I think some of these electric vehicle builders are suffering from analysis paralysis.
