Sweet trailer, I have one of their 5x10s. I have not built it out yet, trying to figure out how to put a folding platform in there for my Futon mattress, but its nice and clean. It tows nicely behind my JK and with my WK2 you hardly notice it back there.

The plastic version is Heavy!, and there is lots of wasted space. I have one sitting in my garage right now, not sure if I would use that in the cargo area of my Jeep. Use what works best for you, just giving some insight on this.

Keep in mind that Mil-Spec bags have to be ID-10-T proof. We were not all that friendly to that gear. Virtually maintenance free, aside from washing after field exercises, I have never had any issues with the Army sleep system.

I used that system in the Army, its a good system, you might try to find a surplus system. They can be found brand new for less than that 3 part system you listed and the military version comes with a gore-tex bivy bag as well.
