This is precisely what I scratched on on a notebook nearly 20 years ago. Thanks for bringing it to reality!

Tembo Tusk Scottle Recipes, Tips and Tricks

Skottle is quite good for paella. I’ve done mushroom risotto in it, as well. Great piece of cooking kit.

Tiny BBQ's. Any good ones? Worth bringing?

Looks like they sell a storage bag for it as well. Just wish Napoleon provided actual size specs and not just "225 square inches of cooking surface"

Which "Q" are you thinking, Jeff? TravelQ 285 or TravelQ 2225?

I like what you folks are doing, Lance. May plan a road trip with the better half to come visit this Summer. She has the 51% vote. Will let you know.

    Snow Peak Addiction

Got an email to pick up my adjustable table extension legs, but nothing on the extension table that I ordered at the same time. What good will these be without the table? This is stupid. I am not a happy REI customer at the moment and I've been a member since their REI Co-op days... forty years.

Thanks, Motoz, I do the same, but I was asking about the grill plate and what folks use that for: https://snowpeak.com/collections/fireplace-grills/products/grill-plate-half-deep-depth-s-029hd?variant=671148737

What do you want to do with any or all of the Snow Peak gear? Personally, I'd get an IGT table with 660 legs, a single BBQ box and make your own inserts to cover the gaps. Yakatori style eating in chairs. I dig the My Table for cocktails in my chair. I enjoy my fireplace for grilling steaks...
