These tires are great for winter conditions. During the SNOW storm here in NC, no problems on the unplowed roads last night. No slip and no slide.

18K mile update. Am at about 14/32" tread left out of 18/32" new. Pretty good wear so far. Handled the nasy Michigan ice storm roads great. Snow, ice and slush and narry a wheel spin.

Road noise is not bad. A little louder than a street based A/T, but less than an M/T. They handle everything real well. Deep water on roads, light mud holes, rocks, snow, ice, slush and pavement. I have about 18K miles on them and have about 14/32" tread left. New tread depth is 18/32"

Kelly TSR by Goodyear. Have worked great in rocks,mud, snow and ice.

Bummer about that. I almost bought a set but went with Kelly TSR instead and they are great except a bit of noise from the voids

ALL current ST/maxx tire sizes are "E" rated.

I was looking at ST/Maxx and Kelly TSR. Chose the Kelly as it was lighter and less stiff. Was worried about my mpg's and ride with E rated stiff tires on my H3, The Kelly's have been good so far with hardly any tread wear after 12k miles
