I get a pretty hard clunk only when it downshifts to 1st when throttling out of a slow turn or corner. If I ease into the gas, the downshift has no clunk. I've looked at all the drivetrain mounts and universals and everything is tight.

2012 Chevy AWD Family Adventure Van

Nice van! I have basically the same conversion van. The roof rack might have its challenges as there aren't many options for gutter mounts. The fiberglass top might support the weight if distributed properly. Wheel options are probably a little better with the 17x9.

Great find with the driver-side access doors. I love that color! Can't wait to see it lifted.

I used all new bushings and shackles. I think just flipping the little keepers around would be an easy fix.

Mine did the same on both sides. I was able to do a little grinding on the bolt on the drivers side, passenger side is the head of the bolt so not much choice. Mine has finally stopped rubbing to where I can clean up and reseal the groove in the frame.

270 degree awning on van build

There is a spot on both sides of the rear side glass that might accommodate the bracket/RivNut. The Foxwing needs to be towards the rear of the van anyway to wrap around. I'll probably end up buying the Gowesty brackets, modify and use the RivNuts :( unless I find an alternative. I'm pretty...
