SInce you are watching your ad I have a question or two.
Did you consider a drawer system for the rear cargo area like you had in Lexy? If so what were your thoughts on this?
The rear cargo area measures 44.4" deep and 49.2" between the wheel wheels. The Dometic CF is 38"L x 28"W so it...
Damn Seth! Nice build! Very tempting but its tax time and money is going out. I wish I could figure out a timely option. I really like the use of the Ford Expedition. Our Expedition was great and actually towed better than my Dodge 2500 Cummins.
Difference between 2006 ER #22 and ER #83 may be production improvements and tweaks between 61 hand built ER's to start. But to me, either would be a great platform.
The second-generation Super Duty was to debut for model year 2007, but quality issues pushed it back to the 2008 model year. It...
Bryon is here in Reno till Tuesday, then he is off for Expo West. If anyone seriously considering this, needs a third party to look at the rig and take a file of pics prior to Expo West let me know. I am available but I don't want to waste Bryon's time otherwise.
Wonderful reply to a story not so wonderful. And so as Gandalf has said: "It is not our part to master all the tides of the world, but to do what is in us for the succour of those years wherein we are set, uprooting the evil in the fields that we know, so that those who live after may have clean...

A Corvair! Arggghhh!
I would prefer the Superformance GT40 replica with Gulf Livery. If done right they are above the $125K plus range last time I looked several years ago. Very cool looking cars but a real PITA to drive. Poor visibility and with the usual over built high horsepower 427 they...
I don't know who bought it but a very complex update was reported by the prior owner who unfortunately had the vehicle confiscated from him in Mexico. Needless to say if it is back in the USA the "new" owner is at risk to have it returned to the prior owner...
So sorry to hear about your experience. I assumed something bad happened just from seeing the ebay posting.Nothing as bad has ever happened to me in Mexico, but I have seen and heard enough to always proceed cautiously whenever I am down there. Best of luck in settling this!
If you are concerned about the integrity of a shell and not concerned about weight then you may want to check out Caravan Camper Tops. Steel frame and steel cover. Solid construction made in Reno, NV. Very secure. I had one previously on my Dodge Cummins 2500. Go to...
