If you swap in the 04-06 Baja struts and springs you'll get a lift. 03 was the "low" year. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk

Personally the drone would get to me. My Baja was loud and it was great for short trips, but annoying for longer trips. I hope any passengers going with you appreciate it as much as you do. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk

I was just thinking that your deadline had to be approaching. Totally attainable, but not a lot of room to dawdle either. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk

What brand/model is that? It reminds me of an updated Coleman Caboose, which I've always wanted. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk

I love the pace of the build, not rushed, but fast still. Any pics of the trailer you'll be towing? Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk

It is a used one and the guy said he did the Belleville washer and bolt upgrade already. I do plan on pulling it apart to verify that everything is still holding up fine as it has had about 15 months of use on it. If I find anything funny I'll replace the washers and bolts with the upgraded...

The 944 trailing arms just require using the Type 1 bushing (torsion bar mount). Here's a pic to show that setup FWIW If you've got a Ghia setup up front I've heard of a good brake bias with those paired with the NA 944 rears, I think that is when using the 944 master cylinder IIRC...

Also, if you didn't know, you can swap Porsche 944 rear arms and brakes really easily (only a bushing swap needed). The fronts can be swapped on as well, but you need to machine some spacers into the 944 hubs to install the beetle bearings. Sent from my DROID RAZR HD using Tapatalk
