We've got a sacrificial puller we weld to the arm then hit it with the impact. Seems to work pretty well so far and saves a ton of time.

No real thread, its a narrow body 4 window E350. Been fighting a transmission issue so I think a new trans is in order. Ford has a pretty good warranty on their transmissions. Ill probably get a real build thread going once I get some miles on it and decide how I want to go with it.

I was very happy with a new set of the composite headlights and good bulbs to go in them. Pretty cheap IIRC. That being said I am mounting a 50" led driving light on the bus too. For long runs into the mountains and back woods the throw of the big light bar is unbeatable.

Who made those 9" lights? they look great

Id check to see if there is a local spring shop that could make a new pack for you. Or if there is a junk yard near you look for a used set out of another van, I replaced the ones on my Quigley with a good used set and gained 1.5" rear lift.

So the bus is now free of seats and has a working starting system. I think the glow plugs may not be firing since it is still taking a bit to get the thing to start. Now I will start diving into the abs system to get this thing on the road!

That e-fuel setup is killer, I really want to go that route this summer.
