Power station with equivalent or better 12v outputs than Goal Zero?

Thank you! Exactly the info I was hoping to find here. I appreciate it!

Power station with equivalent or better 12v outputs than Goal Zero?

It's really kind of surprising that there isn't better 12v stuff readily available in this country. I have a couple Amazon special phone chargers for cigarette lighter connections (My 02 Chevy came from the factory with a dual cigarette lighter style output ports) that are flush fit with a...

Power station with equivalent or better 12v outputs than Goal Zero?

For DC output you get a 12 volt “cigarette” power plug, a pair of 6mm DC outputs, as well as a set of Powerpole connectors supporting up to 300 watts of output.

Power station with equivalent or better 12v outputs than Goal Zero?

I'm looking to find a backup/replacement power station for my Yeti 1500x in my Scout camper, but it seems that every alternative I've looked at has half the 12 volt output connections and less than half the maximum 12v amperage output. Is there anything on the market that's comparable? I...

Stealth Off The Grid (trailer name) trailer?

I don't know anything about them, but they claim to "be proudly made in the USA" and they seem to value supporting veterans, but that's one reason I'm asking here. I'm hoping someone here has some knowledge of the trailer, or at least, the company. It looks like they had one on display at the...

Stealth Off The Grid (trailer name) trailer?

I came across this while researching a used toy hauler I may go look at. I've been wanting something like the Black Series, but the prices seem to be escalating faster than the quality. I had pretty well given up and decided to build from scratch or convert a cargo trailer, but this new off...

    1987 TOYOTA SUNRADER RV 22RTE EFI TURBO 4x4 5SPEED

135 hp, and easily improved upon. I had a 2wd 86 SR5 with that motor. I replaced the turbo with a much better and less expensive Garrett/Air Research unit and replaced the exhaust system. That truck was quick for a little while. It would smoke the tires in first and smoke the clutch in second.

Vanilla Gorilla: 2017 Power Wagon build

My factory Bilsteins in the front lasted two years and 20k miles so it shouldn't be long. I'd love to swap in some 5.13 gears and 39" or 40" tires, but I'm going to wait until it's paid off and the warranty is gone.

    2018 power-wagon comfort/expo build

Good taste! Here's my 16. I built the bumpers (from a kit), tent rack, sliders, swing out tire carrier, and light bar mounts.

    Digital Torque Wrench Recommendations

It does seem to be abbreviated. I read the article quite a while ago and I seem to remember it being much more complete. I just looked up the article, recognized it, and posted the link, but I didn't re-read it.

    Digital Torque Wrench Recommendations

I read a test someone did on torque wrench accuracy and, believe it or not, the Harbor Freight digital that attaches between a ratchet or breaker bar and a socket was found to be very accurate. Far more accurate than the Snap-on analog type in fact.

Ram 4th Gen Projector HID Upgrade Install and Review

I'm aware how they are designed. As tall as these trucks are the lows must be pointed downward at a steeper angle than with a shorter vehicle to avoid blinding oncoming drivers. Unfortunately, this means when on the interstate, the lows don't reach nearly far enough down the road and at 65 to...

Ram 4th Gen Projector HID Upgrade Install and Review

On low, there is just zero light above the cut off, so when the lights are dimmed your vision is not just reduced, but almost completely eliminated. I'd like to have a little light above the cut off to see animals ready to dart out into the road. On High they put out a lot of light, but it's...

Official Test Results: Five Ways to Heat a Tent

Fantastic idea! I have a similar heater from a piece of heavy equipment that should work well for conversion to a tent heater. I don't know why this never occurred to me. I'd love to see some pics!

Ram 4th Gen Projector HID Upgrade Install and Review

Now swap out the high beam halogen bulbs with a set of Phillips 9011s. I did the same swap and while it's a considerable improvement, I'm still not happy with mine. The factory headlights in my old 04 Silverado were better. It almost seems like a pencil beam on low and a flood beam on high...

Full Size Truck Sliders, Weld or Bolt On and Flatten Pinch Weld or Not?

A couple years ago I saw pics posted somewhere that showed a Ram with frame mounted sliders that saved a lot of damage when he got T boned by a small sedan. It was what convinced me I really needed a set. Here's a pic of mine supporting the weight of the truck. They paid for themselves a...

Full Size Truck Sliders, Weld or Bolt On and Flatten Pinch Weld or Not?

I built my own sliders for my 16 Power Wagon myself. Mine are very similar to the WK sliders. They bolt on. I would recommend against welding to the factory frame. I built mine with a small gap between the rectangular main tube and the rockers. If the weight of the truck should land on the...
