Ouch, that sketchy bed liner job on the rocker panels! Neat whip though.

The fuel sending unit issue is likely an easy fix. My 1995 7.3 PS had the same problem, and it turned out to be a crack in the brass float in the sending unit. Swap it out for a plastic one from Amazon and you're fuel gauge should spring back to life!
