    Arkto G12 Review and Discussion

Looking forward to this and the ability to retrofit. In the middle of mocking up a couple of designs of my own.

    Arkto G12 Review and Discussion

Share the same thoughts about our Arkto. Love it and it makes for a very quick camp setup. Haven't had issues with cushions bouncing off, only typically find the passenger-side bench cushion has moved a fair amount. I put the Lagun down so the table is over the driver-side bench and the bar...

    Financing a Canadian trailer

I bought an Arkto direct through Aaron and financed a portion of the purchase. Don't know if you have access to a home equity line, but after talking with my credit union it was a much better rate to use the home equity vs a standalone RV loan.

    Overkill Campers

It's a comment under their post announcing the partnership. Brandon confirms it is terminated.

    Overkill Campers

Exactly, why not be upfront and communicate with customers? Instead, they start making social media posts showing a trailer from 4 years ago and delete any comments from customers posting they have left messages, sent emails, etc. all receiving no response. Perhaps they survive and this...

    Overkill Campers

They will likely bankrupt Overkill and dump their losses. Their experience in manufacturing has always been suspect when they can't churn out product because they are constantly changing design as supposed improvements. They never produced a product consistently enough to improve upon. I.e...

    TetonX Hybrid

Everything has gone quiet in the FB group. I pulled my deposit too, so no interaction since, but they were very quick to respond/send when I asked.

    TetonX Hybrid

Thanks. Makes sense with the picture. I'll be curious to see if seam seal helps. Almost wonder if some type of corner "storm flap" existed between the glass layer and bug netting would direct the water towards the center of the window and work its way out the exterior side. They are nice...

    TetonX Hybrid

That's why I am wondering about the details of the leaks seen here. Being vinyl sides, not canvas, without a leak issue until you cut windows into the top. I'm guessing it is the mating point of the two materials (window + top) where drips are occurring with it being either the attachment...

    TetonX Hybrid

Would you mind posting some pictures of the window construction and where it leaks? When you see leaking in a downpour, is it coming through seams/stitching? Is it dripping straight down or is it running off in a particular direction? Is it water building up until drips form or were you...

    TetonX Hybrid

Not currently, but just visited a couple of weeks ago and was told there will be a 12v outlet added at the rear of the cabin. Without using the bed as a sitting area, I think the only way to make this happen would be to extend the bench across the "modular" storage section at the driver front...

    Overkill Campers

Full refund received. Took much longer than promised, required persistent inquiries, and was at the point where I set a hard date on which I was going to pursue the legal route if not completed.

    MIssion Overland Trailer Owners page

Are there any Summit owners near the Portland, OR area? Would like an opportunity to see one in person if able. No issue for me to drive a bit to view. Dale and I chatted a couple of years ago, but my plans had changed at that time and the trailer went on the back burner. Thanks, Chad

    Overkill Campers

I believe the guys are Overkill are pretty busy with their contract to make trailers for a rental company and the total number of customer built ones for 2021are somewhat low since they are a small crew. Might be that there is not a lot of marketing due to limited capacity at this time as well...
