Where did the awning come from? and the hood vents?

Nah mine came already 4wd no conversion needed, plus I live in the foothills of NC and we get snow from time to time and it helps to have 4wd.

My 4x4 ambo is for me, a help get though snow, wet grass, steep inclines (low range). Not mudding or rock climbing, I tow something for that;)

Some updates

I am on my 3rd vacuum pump (Dorman from advance auto) and this new one is going out..... thinking about using a electric vacuum pump of a different vehicle. Some GM trucks have electric pumps on their brake booster.

The door next to the cab

I left mine and over time I found that the outside cabinets come in handy and useful. Now where I’m going to put a shower/ bathroom that door will be lock and left alone, it’s aluminum and I’m not worried about rust or dust.

I hunt with a ruger super red hawk in 480, a lot of thump and bang.....275 grain bullets for deer and 405 hard lead cast for dinosaurs ;)

I feel your pain, my 94 idi diesel is a banks turbo with a e4od transmission. I have a love/hate relationship but ever since I fixed the speedometer it’s been 2000 miles of driving heaven! When mine was acting up if I could have found/afford a manual shift it would have been converted......now...

They had them in stock, most of them was 12 inches deep and all kinds of widths and heights
