    My Tahoe came with a second tray against the passenger side firewall. If its the actual method/system your trying to figure out, type dual batteries in google and read away...

    What exactly are you looking for? A second battery tray? My Google search pulled tons of info. http://gmfullsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=163145 that was just an example, I did not read it. I got a tray for my suburban at the junkyard from a diesel.

    You cant have both there's no clearance. To the OP... leave the swaybar and conventional steering, your not looking for that kinda of flex based on your intentions.

    With the 203/205 in your plans twin sticking the 205 will let you make tight turns. My burb is an Arb front, detroit rear and works flawlessly in the snow. I cannot imagine welding the front on anything that isn't striclty a trail rig. My trail only blazer with twin sticked doubler is welded...

    Spending the money for an Arb and putting it in the rear, then welding the front? I'm sure you'll find that's a bad idea before you do it but... Your planned build sounds like a good start otherwise.

    A snorkel... if Rainier ever blows its top I'm doomed regardless. I dont think my Suburban EVER saw a time it was needed. Glad to have that tree snagger gone.
