End links might be doing that. Lifted? SG seems to be more sensitive to end links when you lift it, mine is not lifted yet and I have already had issues. I completely removed rear sway bar to help :)

Fix your exhaust leak first if it is before or near the cats. That could be the cause of your p0420.
