I added a $20 rug to my set up and ordered one of those rei roll up table deals. Should make my camp space a little homier

Hey OldYota, could you provide details on your roof rack set up? Thanks in advance!

I used the roof rack I linked on the previous page. Then bolted some 1/8” thick 4x flat steel to it and bolted the cross bars to that. The cross bars only came with one screw in the middle so I added a second so they wouldn’t rattle so much. I had to buy more nylon nuts, bolts and washers from Home Depot. Works great. Everything is still good and tight almost a year later.

I still need to spend some time getting all that sticky tape off the side and address the holes left behind. But it looks like it always should have been this way.

I was worried about the back up sensors. But the holes in the factory bumper underneath were exactly the size to pop them into once the skirt was removed

Filled the holes and rolled on some bed liner today. I think I left the tape on too long and didn’t scuff the paint enough near the tape because the bed liner was wanting to peel away from the van with the tape. I’ll have to touch up later

Looking good! I'm considering doing a bed liner to my panels as well just for general protection. Did you cover the little wheel flares with it as well I'd guess?

Yes, I removed the trim around the factory flares and used many many pieces of tape to get close to a round opening.

AWD did great in the NJ pine barrens today. I was afraid to stop when we were in the deeper sand but we made it through!
