1997 7.3 diesel e350 intake woes

howdy all. i recently bought a van that has been treated hard for a while. it has been crashed a couple times and i got it for 1700 bucks, and have got about a thousand more into it now. it runs great and has 220k on the clock.

after doing all of the baseline stuff, my biggest concern right now is that the airbox has been smashed up a few times and is cracked- allowing dirty air into the intake. I've looked on eBay and haven't found anything.

why can i not find an airbox? is there another name i should be searching for? does anybody here have one for sale?

would love some help.

Guy on here offered me one a while back... I was going to buy it off him, but he got banged up and I've never got a shipping price from him. He's got a family and a Red(or Burgandy) high top if memory serves me right.

I have my factory airbox that I could sell you... but be fore-warned, I'm in Canada and shipping may be a bit of an expensive ordeal. Or you could build something like what I did... See my posts here:
