Professionally converted to the legendary 300TDI diesel engine with a freshly rebuilt engine from NWS the largest land rover engine supplier in the world second only to Land Rover. About 4000 miles on the rebuild.

This is a older diesel conversion that now has a fresh engine, clutch and timing belt. All the rough edges common with these conversions have been painstakingly and professionally sorted. This is a 21 year old truck so it isn't perfect, but it has been very well maintain and no expense spared on upgrades. All the usual spots are free of rust. None on the pillars, none around the windows. Frame is solid. Truck was originally from Florida. The remote locks even work. (but to be fair you have to be right at the truck, no real range and the remote fob needs new buttons, but it works) Factory alarm works as well. All the electric windows work, no sunroof to worry about leaking. All extra lights have individual relays, has two electric fans installed instead of the belt driven fan.

Lots very detailed items added to this truck...Like Silicon hose, Mikalor Style stainless steel clamps (full stainless about $20 each), custom tig welded stainless steel brackets and hose unions and the list goes on and on. Ready to drive anywhere. There aren't any issues with the truck at all. This Land Rover Discovery XD 300TDI was outfitted as a expedition vehicle and comes equipped with the following.

New rebuilt engine from NWS motor services UK. (this alone cost over $6000)
Rebuilt R380 transmission.
Rebuilt LT230 transfer case.
Rebuilt 300TDI turbo.
Full stainless steel exhaust, down pipe back.
Full Safety Devices internal roll cage.
Dual battery system with two new odyssey batteries
Heavy duty axles
HD Great Basin drive shafts and CV joints
Factory center locking differential.
Safari rack refinished and equipped with painted aluminum diamond plate.
Safari rack lights.
Rack backup lights.
Folding tailgate door table.
Warn winch.
Heavy duty tree sliders with fresh powder coat.
Snorkel.
Steel bumpers front and rear.
New BF Goodrich off road TA KO's all round including the spare, heavy duty steel wheels do have rust on them.
CB radio.
Fire extinguisher
Block heater.
Full 2" Rovertym Suspension including front and rear radius arms, drop downs on the A arm and blocks for the Swap bars.
OME spring and shocks.
Aftermarket Seat warmers, they work great. Hi/Lo setting
Manual cloth front/rear seats, no electric seats to give you issues.
Installed Battery Maintainer

All fluid changed within the last 2000 miles with full synthetic, wheel bearing removed and repacked and surprisingly no oil leaks or not enough of one to leave a stain on the drive way in over a year of being parked in the same spot.

I am told this is the best diesel engine Discovery 1 XD that you will find in the USA. Clear Texas Title in Hand.

More: diesel injection pump top end rebuild, new starter motor and power inverter in the rear.

Hi there,

I like your truck. A few days ago I got the itch to have another D1 (I've had 3 in the last few years-long story.) None of them were good enough to travel XC country in, although one was built and was a spectacular performer. I miss them.

Can you supply photos of the engine, the underside, tires/wheel, and the dash? Could you put me in contact with a mechanic who is familiar with this truck?

I'm somewhat interested, but am a serious buyer and could pay cash.

Also, any chance you would be interested in a 2012 Nissan Xterra with a lift kit, HeftyFab aluminum skid plates, sliders, KOs, WAM hidden winch bumper w/ 9K winch? Just asking.... Not contingent, but you never know.

Rover on
