******SOLD********

Unfortunately I’ve lost the battle with my HOA and have to sell my dream rig. I’ve been on a waiting list for almost a year for the only storage place in my small town that can house it and I’ve had to store it 80minutes away over the winter which isn’t sustainable long term. I’ve got a lot of comments that I should move, but that’s not feasible if you’ve seen the housing prices in my area lately.

For your consideration is a 1997 Stewart and Stevenson 1088 LMTV with a hard mounted 1995 Hi-Lo trailer. It has low miles, has been perfectly maintained and the previous owner spent a ridiculous amount of time and sweat building this overlander. It’s a full time 6-wheel drive, automatic transmission, Cat 3116-powered beast that will go anywhere. Starts immediately and runs great. Street legal and tiled/registered in WA as an RV. No CDL required.

Was asking 89K, now 85K OBO, also open to trades that are allowed by my HOA listed below. I have a short window granted by the HOA to keep the rig at my house while I sell it so I’d prefer to sell it sooner than later so I don’t have to drive 80minutes away for showings/test drives. Located in Cle Elum, WA (about 70min east of Seattle)

Upgrades include:
High speed gearing (top speed 75-80mph, cruises at 65 MPH easily)
25,000lb winch with synthetic rope Synthetic transmission fluid
