2000 F250 7.3 Diesel Perfect For Truck Camper

Hi Everyone,

Looking to sell my rig. It has been great, but we have decided our family is too large for the truck camper life.
Truck is set up Perfect for truck campers with the new gearing and suspension. Has all the power needed and climbs hill better than stock. Transmission temps barely move and never ever gets hot. Transmission with the upgraded cooler love the 4.30 gears. Puts RPMs more at stock range with 35’s. Have chance to move to 37’s if wanting. All addons to truck have been in the last 10,000 miles. All performance mods have been to make the truck run more efficient but not hurt the integrity of the motor. This motor has been well cared for and can run 200,000 more miles. I have had 3 of these 7.3 trucks and this has to be my favorite I have owned. Best cold start I have owned. Owner before me was meticulous and kept every record with Les Swaub with the life of the vehicle, it is what Sold me on the truck. The interior of the truck is also in great shape and appears to have had seat covers on the seats since it was new as they are about perfect.

Price Reduced to 65k. We are now back in Kentucky where the truck and camper will remain until sold!

We built this rig for a trip down the Pan-American highway which we have decided not to do at this time but this is the perfect rig for it! If you are looking for the most reliable diesel truck ever made with all the upgrades to make it last forever than this is it! These trucks easily get 3-500k miles and have parts that are readily available most anywhere.

@Ironchef Sent you a message

@Skinhyfish The truck did awesome on our road trip this summer! We did find out that the truck camper may be a little small for us with the dog/kid/toys so we are going to try a small bumper pull camper on my half ton

Good looking setup!

What’s the standup height in the camper with the roof up?
I see it’s a Northstar camper but I’m not familiar with the model.

Hello, the camper had actually been sold but its over 6'. I'm 6' and can comfortably stand up without any issues. The Northstar camper was great, just a little small for my family to live in for extended periods
