SOLD!! 2001 Nissan Xterra SE 4x4 lifted, modded - $4700 - Austin, TX

2001 Nissan Xterra SE 4x4 3.3L V6 Automatic. Has been a second vehicle for me for the past few years. This is one of the most coveted 1st gen configs because of the grabbier rear LSD, stronger leaf springs and factory sunroof. Fully loaded model with power windows/locks/mirrors, keyless entry, cruise control, tow hitch, dual airbags, etc. Currently has ~193300 miles. Runs great. No cracks on dash or windshield. Seats and headliner in good shape too. Has some dings, scratches and dents.

Extensive maintenance records including timing belt/water pump at 165k. Replaced the battery, alternator, accessory belts, crank pulley, thermostat, distributor, pcv valve, fuel filter, catalytic converter, rear brakes within the last 8k miles. Fresh fluids (including tranny). Passed TX inspection December 2018. A/C blows cold, heater blows hot.

Truck has been modified with:

-custom 2" body lift with bumper brackets

-PML 2” suspension lift with extended Rancho shocks, no rear sway

-285/75 16 Kenda Klever M/T tires (a lot of tread left)

-Shrockworks rock sliders

-custom Borla cat back exhaust

-thicker Koyo 2 core radiator

-Hayden HD transmission cooler

-4x4parts HD tie rods & steering arm

-JVC head unit and speakers

-2 roof rails for bikes

Only known issue is an intermittent ABS light (C1113 code) - but the brakes work great.
