Got several questions on the car so here are some more listing of what it has.
The front has the abar and Land Rover off road lights that can be activated on high beam.

High lift mount. Tires are cooper zeon LTD 285 60 18
Roof rack lights 3 sets 4 hella blackouts in front, lifetime led pods recessed over side doors, lifetime rear led that are tied into reverse when lights are on.
Front Control Arms and tie rods replaced once
Rear differential replaced to updated one.
New battery January
Windshield crowd replaced as precaution
Brakes are slotted and dimpled using ebc green stuff pads

When you say rear diff replaced with updated one, do you mean the one with the locker?

No the first two years had a rear end that was prone to failure. It was replaced with the updated one.
