Good looking rig.

Is the build titled as an RV?

Does the build have an RVIA certification?

Did you have any problems sourcing insurance coverage on a custom build?

Good looking rig.

Is the build titled as an RV? Here in California, it is registered with non-commercial plates.

Does the build have an RVIA certification? No

Did you have any problems sourcing insurance coverage on a custom build?
No problems.

I may have missed it; are the axles open, torsen or lockable?
It is my understanding that the front axle is open and lockable. The transfer case has the high-low option. I hope that this info helps answer your question.

How big is the auxiliary sleeping area. Would it fit two children or even adults?
Thanks for asking.
The Dinette table drops down to the bed level. The cushions from the Dinette infill the area completely. The area is 71" L x 35-1/2" W. I'm 6'-0" tall and I've slept on it diagonally. It was great. I'll let you decide as it relates to children.

Such a cool truck. The cabin is 15 feet but what is the overall length?
Hi Keyne, Here are the approximate dimensions of our rig:

Height
Roof - 11'-6" + A/C @ 9-1/2"
Total = 12'-4" tall

Length
Bumper - Bumper = 27'
Bumper - back of cabin box = 27'-6"
Bumper - back of rack = 29'

Well, here goes…after much thought, we have decided to part with our rig. (I can’t even believe I’m saying that!) I’m sure the first question will be “why?” Well, it turns out when you own your own business, as I do, there can be times when you have to be more personally involved. We have been in that season for a while now and recently haven’t been able to utilize our rig like we had hoped. It is time for someone else to “continue the journey”.

I have postponed posting this as I have been traveling lately in areas where there is no connectivity. I will be available to reply to inquiries, etc. up until Friday morning June 29, 2018. Then I will be out of connectivity until Sunday afternoon July 8, 2018.
