5 new XZL tires on craigslist

I think they list for over $900CAD and retail for around that $700CAd mark. So really, $2300 is not that bad. And it includes rims....

Sure, they are a little BIG, but i have seen the 38" flavor go for similar prices. $2300 is insane!

Starting bid is $650 for 4, not final sale price. Still $2300 for 5 is a little out there. I will sell my set of 11.00 x 20 for $1400 for 4 if anybody wants them 85%-90% tread left.

I think the key here is the ones on craigslist fit a 16" rim, versus most of the ones on ebay are for 20" rims...

It is kind of funny. I always like to check the seller's other auctions to see if they have other 'cool' stuff. So this seller has 30+ giant 52" 14540 lbs load range tires, and his other items are bras and thongs.....talk about diversity !

Those tires will sell for $650 or be relisted at a lower price.

My XMLs are 2" wider (38.7x13x16) and I picked up a set of 4 for $600 shipped (shipping was $200). I ordered a second set of 4 on ebay from the same guy for the same price by winning another auction.

$2300 is insanity.
