I'm currently restoring a 70 series ambulance I bought here in Colombia. I've been driving a VW syncro from California and was planning to take it to Argentina. Then, I decided I wanted to do Africa (SA to Sudan-Middle East-Europe) and so I sold the syncro and am planning to continue in the new rig.

To all of y'all referring to the Toyota as a "Troupy", please note that it is in fact a "Troopy". Nicknamed for its full "Troopcarrier" nomenclature. It was designed to carry Troops (think military or police), not "Troupes" as in ballerinas or thespians. Although it could likely fit more ballerinas than fully kitted out commandos...
