Allibert Boxes in the US?

Gventure

Observer
I am trying to find Allibert Boxes in the US for general offroad adventure storage (kitchen, tools, misc.) - anyone know where they can be found? (or Zarges for 50% off!)

Thanks, G

Are you talking about attached-lid containers like these?

In the US you can look for the Akro-Mils brand.

Refer to this thread for other brands/ideas for the containers.

These are often called 12 gallon totes in the US. Some more sample sources:

Akro-Mills http://www.globalindustrial.com/gcs/group/1841/productsPerPicGroups.web#gridAnchor

Slee Offroad also has Wolf storage boxes, but not sure of the size he carries.

Those are not the style of boxes he is talking about. Allibert Boxes are more like the large military metal cases but made in plastic. They are UV, chemical resistent and protect from static build-up. Here is a link showing what he is talking about.

Gventure - I have not been able to find Allibert's in the US. The link I provided above is where I ordered mine. Shipping was not that bad, it is cheaper then getting the box from the parent company in France and remember you don't get charged VAT since you are in the States.

Yep - I exhausted all possibilities and ended up where you did. I'll just go ahead and order - thanks.
