Hi folks

I have an ARB awning with a room and i would like to use it with a portable wood stove,i want to sew a stove jack on a wall but not sure.I would like to see some ideas/pictures.

I have a DIY titanium stove than i use for hunting in my tipi.

I like stuff like this. Spent a few toasty nights with an outfitters stove during deer season. Lmk if you need any sewing help goodluck!

The great part about this is that the sides are easy enough to fit under the arm of an industrial machine and although it might be a bit awkward to maneuver, it can be done. If the 'door' is unzipped it can be made to work.
The LED lights that I used in my OZ tent fit into the relief in the frame of the tent just over the door. I use a fabricated extension cord to the rear of the LR or attach a 9 volt battery to the lights with an bit of longer electrical cord.
This is what I found for tent jack

Very jealous. Have been eying the g stove for a long time. Have a propane heater but over half the places I have wanted to use it the elevation has been too high.

Perhaps a brass screen material could help. Makes holes smaller and won't burn away. It is replaceable too. Doesn't restrict air flow.

Interested but a bit worried the spark arrestor won't work 100% and I'll put a bunch of holes in my roof tent
Its more the snow load on the awning itself ill be more worried about. The stove pipe will be long and i will put another diy spark arretor in one one the pipe section.

Nice, I've been looking for info on this. I found a YouTube video of someone using a wood stove in the awning of a OZ Tent. They had the pipe exit through the ceiling portion though. I am looking for these options for elk hunting in November.
