Selling my 2012 Jeep Patriot. Asking $9,000 OBO. KBB value is included in images (on CL) for base model of this vehicle without the below modifications.

2.4 liter I-4.

5 speed manual.

4x4

2" Rocky Road Outfitters Lift

15x8 Black Rock Wheels

235 x 75R x 15 Wrangler Radials

The budget overlander. I built this to spec from this Jeep : https://expeditionportal.com/the-little-overlander-expo-s-long-term-patriot-project/

Next addition for this if I don't sell it are the rock sliders.

The Jeep Patriot has also appeared on multiple lists as being a great budget overlanding platform: https://jalopnik.com/the-ten-best-used-vehicles-for-exploring-the-world-5958901

I've driven this thing across the country multiple times and had it on class 4 roads in Vermont, double track in Utah, New Mexico and Arizona, fire roads in Indiana and everything in between. Fully loaded down with two bikes on the back, gear in a roofbox and a bed in the back, I was still getting 25 mph per gallon on the highway. The lift was professionally installed by BT Pearson Tire and Auto in St. George, Utah. Tires and wheels were just done in November of 2019. All receipts of work done. All maintenance up to date with receipts.

The back seats are not installed currently. There is a platform that folds down into a bed (I'm 5'10" and I fit just fine) that I built this past summer with a shelf for a cooler (a 45 liter yeti will fit on the shelf with room on the sides for storage) and food storage above it. I have left it simple with intention of adding more storage as I go along. There is also a platform that pulls out for a camp stove. If you are not interested in keeping this setup, I will remove it and install the seats. The seats come with the sale regardless.

I will include the bike rack if you're interested. There is an additional two bike mounts for a total of 4 spots on the rack when the additional mounts are installed. There is no wiring harness. I installed the hitch only for the bike rack.

Maintenance coming up: Brakes (pads and rotors-want them done before more long hauls), changing transfer case fluid

I do have a loan on this vehicle. So if you buy it, I'll give you a bill of sale until I receive the title from my bank.
