Communication with the folks at Goose Gear.

I love the look of their products and even have 3k+ worth of their stuff on order. But getting a strait answer on when it will ship or even returning an email/phone call in a timely manner seems to be asking too much.

Last communication I had was over a week ago and they said my order should be heading out this past Monday or Tuesday. Since then radio silence. No response from Email or returned calls.

Is this the norm for this company?
