Custom built lightweight "Adventure" camping trailer (under 1,000 lbs.). Trailer was built by a longtime employee of a major RV manufacturer. Trailer measures 60" W x 130" L (including tongue) when folded, which really minimizes the amount of space needed to park/store it. It can be moved on a relatively flat surface by one person. 120v RV plug, 120v breaker panel, brand new 12v converter, 12v fuse panel, 2 battery bank (12v), interior and exterior 12v lighting, 120v Air conditioner, DVD/CD/AM/FM STEREO and built in speakers, 12v fan, Catalytic propane heater which does not require electricity to operate safely, 20 lb propane tank, flat screen tv, sleeps up to 4 people, 40 gal.
