Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah is coming at the end of this month.
Chrysler has announced that the company will show three custom Jeeps
at the show: the four door Jeep Wrangler J7, the Jeep Patriot Extreme,
and the two door Jeep Wrangler Trail Boss.

If you've got photos of these Jeeps, post 'em up!

They're also showing an over-the-top Dodge Power Wagon two door
with short wheelbase. Photos are available http://expeditionportal.com/forum/showpost.php?p=584452&postcount=42

Nukizer coming to Moab

One new Mopar Underground vehicle will be based on the Jeep J8.
The vehicle is called the "Nukizer" (New Kaiser -- get it?), and has
the 2.8L diesel, soft top and 37 inch tires.

The folks from JP Magazine spotted two other Mopar Underground creations.
The first is called "J7." It's a Wrangler Unlimited that removes the
interior carpet, plastic trip pieces, doors and bumper trim. In place of
these items, the J7 has simple bolt ons and cut down doors. No photos yet.

The second vehicle is a vehicle called "Immortal." It has a Hemi motor and 42" tires. Details sure to follow!

The J7 appears to be a good concept for those looking for a basic ride, but would be made better if it was outfitted with the Rubicon running gear at the same time. Maybe it is, there's not much info in the story.

Saw a couple of concept wrangler-esqe looking jeeps there last Sunday as I was leaving Moab. Pretty sure I'd seen pics of them in the past, such as at sema.
Didn't have time to go back for another look, dangit.
Tons of incredible jeeps down there all weekend!

Yeah, the big yellow FSJ was there on the weekend. Apparently dented one of the front fenders on the way out.

I spent the morning hiking around Arches then the afternoon drooling over Jeeps. Good grief, these guys and gals can build some cool rigs.

Enjoy:

There were approx. 1000 other cool jeeps on the roads and trails.
I only had my camera out for a few minutes to snap these pics. Good times!

I would like to know more about that "Jeep Trailer". If it is what I think it is, then I had the same idea! I've been lurking here for a while, getting information on how to take a family of 5 on some adventure trips. That trailer looks like the Livin Lite 6.0 with a "lift" and some other mods (hitch, fenders, etc). I really like it, a good starting point.
