2 shocks. 1 new in box, and 1 was on for a week. This was a promo and I ended up with 2 sets. They said to keep them. I've been running a set for 2 1/2 years with their constant load springs and I love them. I was going to keep these for future use, but I'm moving to an apartment. These also have the spacer ring for an extra 1" lift. Selling price is $100/pr plus shipping. Call me at four oh 5, 5 seven zero, 66 five nine. Please call or text, as I don't have much time right now to be checking online. These don't come with the top hat spring retainers. You will have to reuse yours. These also fit some later model Four Runners, but I don't know exactly which years.
