Sold!
Thanks everyone who I've chatted with about it.
--------------

Built this rig to explore California backroads and general adventures. It's been rad in the short time I've been able to use it, but we're moving away from the area later this year and work has me travelling so much It's basically just full time parked in the garage.

Asking $51k for the whole rig and extras, or best offer.
Located in Pleasant Hill, CA (East Bay San Francisco area, 94523). Can deliver anywhere along I-5 corridor between Los Angeles CA and Vancouver B.C.
Happy to work with a vehicle shipping company too if it's getting sent off anywhere else.

I'd like this to go all together as the complete rig, but if it hasn't found a home after a few weeks I'll split it up and offer just the Ursa Minor J30 top if anyone wants to call dibs ($8500, including batwing awning. Picked up within say 100 miles of 94523)

Jeep:
2017 JK Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited - Recon Edition
Automatic, 25k miles, garage kept in California since new, San Francisco Bay Area
remainder of factory 36k\3yr warranty through September 2020. Factory 50k\5yr powertrain warranty through September 2022
OEM Alpine Audio & Navigation
Heated Leather Seats, Red interior Trim
minimal off road use (explored Shasta and Hollister Hills OHV parks in 2018, otherwise sadly just highway roadtrips)

Modifications:
- Dual Battery system (Genesis mounting tray, Blue Sea electronics, Bosch AGM Deep Cell batteries)
- Reverse Camera, integrated into OEM Head Unit
- Warn Zeon 8s mounted in factory 10a bumper
- Maximus-3 striker hoop on bumper
- KC ProSport 6" LED (pair, wide beam) lights on bumper
- Viair air compressor underhood, plumbed to 2gal air tank under rear axle
- air-ride air bags inside rear springs for adjustable load capacity (8-10psi when fully loaded up levels it out just right)
- Teraflex Falcon 3.3 adjustable shocks
- Teraflex Falcon adjustable steering stabilizer
- Old Man Emu HD Expedition springs. Advertised as 2" lift, but more like 1" on top of already lifted Recon package
- 285/70-17 Goodyear Duratracs on Method MR305-NV wheels (with custom made Hubcentric center caps, because lug centric wheels are dumb)
- Teraflex Wasatch interior rack
- Teraflex HD hinge for spare tire
- Teraflex Alta rack on HD hinge
- Wired up for a stealth CB, but I haven't had a chance to finish installing it yet (Uniden Bearcat CB included, new in box)
- Bestop locking storage drawers under both front seats
- Outback adventure "TrailGater" folding table & cutting board in tailgate
- Black Forest (webasto) rear cargo slide and mount, FF31 Fridge\Freezer (hardwired to 2nd battery circuit)
- random other little stuff here and there

Ursa Minor J30 Camper Top:
Fairly standard here, with most of the options Ursa Minor offers.
Built December 2017, installed January 2018 at Ursa Minor office in Oregon. I'm the only owner.
We've spent 16 nights in it total, and it's pretty much like new.
- USB power and lights up top
- Headliner storage pouches in jeep
- Headliner USB ports and Battery Voltage gauge
- Passenger side sliding window with screen. Driver side is solid, no window
- Yakima roof rails with 2 Yakima Whispbar HD load bars
- Top border perimeter coated, bare white roof
- Rhino Rack Batwing 270° Awning on driver side with two extensions (this might be my favorite part of the whole setup)

Extras:
OEM wheels and BFG Mud Terrain TA KM2 tires ~10k miles
2" wheel spacers
OEM Rubicon Recon springs
Quadratec soft top (cheap one, basically new and only used for roadtrip to pick up the j30. does the trick)
Black Forest (Webasto) Trail Kitchen underhood warmer (new in box)

bump for the weekend and price reduction to 52.5k
(still OBO)

Have had a couple calls, but no offers yet.
I'm sure someone needs this to hit the road and get lost during this crazy time.

Bump, would entertain offers on the top (with awning and teraflex rack)

Also adding a good article about the jeep's trim level:

Not a buyer, just starting my own project.

Curious though... What the heck are those big brackets on the doors? Never seen those.

Nice clean rig, GLWS

Thanks

Thanks RAM5500, the brackets are fold out side steps. They're just about as high as the fenders but better than stepping on the actual fenders and work as a nice little ladder to access the roof rack.
I'm not sure they we're totally necessary (like many jeep accessories...) but they do come in especially handy for washing the roof.

How much for the J30 alone?

Replied to all PM's and no longer pending sale.
Still entertaining offers, but it's going up on BringATrailer soon for a wider audience.

Another bump. Starting to entertain local offers on the top and/or major parts (winch, shocks, wheels/tires, dual battery setup, etc).

Price drop to 51k obo for the whole rig before I part it out.
