Man if that fit a 1st gen I would pick one up my my rusty 2wd.

If they come with all the brackets, they are fairly universal - I've got one from an early 1990's Hilux Space cab on a HJ45 Land Cruiser...





They come pre-drilled with holes for the mounting brackets and the mudflap/wheel arch brackets, so are quite easy to move things around - I didn't need to drill any holes in the tray to get it to fit, and only needed a 65mm packer at the front to level it off.

Also:
Canvas canopies are available off the shelf for TripleM trays as they are so universally used (Toyota, Nissan, Mazda all use them; I think Holden, Isuzu and Ford do as well)
