Hallmark Gaunella ?

Hello all, My first post here. I've been lurking a while and now I need some help.

I've found a clean Gaunella LX for what I think is a few price. I haven't seen it yet because of the distance.

It looks to have a E/W bed, which is less than ideal. Would it be possible to mod it so the wife & I could sleep N/S? Probably not practical, I assume.

On a more general note, are there certain brands/ models of pop ups that have more vertical space on the bed area? I'm afraid the wife will feel to closed in if there isn't enough height.

Do you know what yearmodel it is? Pretty sure you wouldnt be able to extend the sleeping area as the lift mechanism runs along the foot of the bed.
