It's just the carrier, no gears. I bought the complete axle for the 4.90's and that's it.

Kay, steering gear isn't sloppy, it's the second one for this truck and i believe it's somewhere in the mid 100k's for mileage i've probably put 30k or so on it with the big tires and being mean to it.

No, i don't really remember what it cost to ship those but it wasn't terrible.
