Beautiful system, I like high BTUs and a heavy skillet to hold a steady temperature. This looks quite robust.
I wonder if the fold out "wood plate" is intended under the burner when set up on a table... is it a thermal insulator??

I got this with the UFO skillet. Ikamper one looks high quality but the price is up there yeesh. I got this one and you can take the plate off and use the plate over a fire. It’s huge and about less than half the price.
I really do like the ikamper one though. Thing looks ************

x2 on Southwest Disk. Love mine! I like the bigger cooking surface, and at least half the cost. That cost also includes an adjustable leg burner as well.
