No rust, but clear coat wearing away: (hood, one wheel well area, mirror housing, door handle)
Fridge not working, but may be due to my wiring. May be an easy fix, but not sure
Dash cracked, but have new dash mat
No rear seats
Rear window washer is broke; but rear wiper is good

Joemoe... it always passes emissions in Arizona. Not sure if those standards are the same in Cali
