16 Years on ExPo. Whoa!!
I ran a set, they were a great tire but are extremely heavy and heavy duty. I have seen them take out a set of aftermarket chromoly shafts on a Rover before... They are basically like a big rig tire that has a off road pattern. The rubber is very hard but for such an agressive tread they are surprizingly quiet on the highway, much quieter than my MTR's. I bought them but in fact prefer a 35 x 12.5 over them so eventually sold. I found mine used from a Land Rover guy. But they are very hard to find because it appears the military is using them... Here are photos. They look great in the pics but were too skinny and made my particular wagon very goofy and top heavy and easier to tip somehow. Also, my wheel wells exactly fit 35's and no larger, so I also needed about 8" total lift to have them work, so that was a problem as well. If I had wider backspaced wheels they would have been better. 8" wide is too wide a rim, about 7" to even 6.5" is perfect...
