Alright, here's my Isuzu Npr 4x4 conversion:
  • Chevy vortec 350 5.7l gas engine (25k on new engine replaced by chevy)
  • Dana 60 front, stock isuzu rear
  • divorced np205
  • automatic trans 4L80E
  • Custom front bumper with winch and 2 inch receiver hitch
  • custom rear bumper with 2 inch hitch, 4 + 7 pin towing wired
  • 2 LED light bars
  • 4' x 4' x 8' "garage" with moto ramp and loading winch winch
  • flatbed is 8' x 10'
  • air bagged rear
  • 33 gallon fuel tank (fills from rear)
  • 25 gallon aux tank mounted but not yet hosed to main line
  • WRX subaru seats
  • aftermarket stereo and speakers with bluetooth, usb, aux
  • rack on top of cab 7' x 2'
  • custom twin shifters mounted in cab and cabled pointing to t-case (18 inches of linkage still needs to be fabbed)
Gross weight rated to 14.400lbs

Truck starts runs and drives fine. Brights stopped working on our trip back from Utah. Low beams work fine after relay clicks, just seems like a voltage issue that I haven't had time to look into. We got 10-12 mpg, but our camper was heavy (4500lbs) and less than aerodynamic.. Its an awesome overland platform. You could toss a lance camper on the flatbed and head anywhere, or build your own dream setup.

Wife and I moved our camper to a crew cab with 6 seatbelts "not intending to accommodate offspring" we'll see how long that story lasts...

Truck is Currently in San Antonio, TX
asking $11,500

Cab details:
  • Ac and heat. The vents aren’t mint condition but work fine.
  • I built a custom basic console platform (it was for our dogs bed basically)
  • some open storage behind both seats

Fantastic! I think I first saw this truck on YouTube several years ago and have been fascinated ever since. I've got an old W4500 Gas that I love, but needs a ton of work. Long story short, I want a 4x4 NPR. At the very least I'm very interested in the details of your conversion project. Perhaps interested in outright purchase.
