Looks great. I want one for my ranger, it's pretty much what I want to build, I have no metal skills unfortunately so I've been brainstorming doing one with wood and fiberglass.

thanks! i did alot of boat work when i was younger and thought about using some fiber glass in the mix... but its far to messy and time consuming for me. My wife and I have a deadline to be on the road full time by the end of the month.

Been working on the canvas part. My moms been sewing for decades so shes teaching me a new art form! super stoked on how its coming out.

This is what I'm talking about! Great build.

I'd love to see some detail shots of how you attached the canvas to the top and shell. Always trying to sort out the best way to do this and keep rain out. Keep us posted on the travels!

I made a rain skirt all the way around the bottom and then used kedder rail all the way around on top and bottom. Still down in baja. When i return i will get some more photos for you.
