I have two virtually new free spirit high country tents. A 55" and a 63". These are the "Premium" insulated versions. I got them both in 2020 and they have been on about 10 trips. Nothing wrong with them. Both are in excellent condition. Asking 2600 for the 55 and 2900 for the 63.

i have a FSR Odyssey 49 inch extreme (premium) with the rack that goes on top of the tent. I am selling for $2000 on this site. Would you consider that as a partial trade to your FSR 63 inch HC with annex? I had my FSR on an FJ Cruiser which I recently sold. I bought a 2018 Tacoma and need something that would fit in the bed. I know the 63 inch will overhang the tailgate by a couple of inches. I am in Lansing Mi but I have a daughter that lives in Austin.
