Think about it - you rarely see military trucks with dual rear tires - they have all gone to single tires with multiple axles.

Dually's work on highways - but are not good off-road.

The current trend for the sand box is super singles.

Prior to that all military trucks ran dually's

To this day the military runs dually'a on a large number of trucks

Not many left that run duals. It’s not just a fad. Singles are better off road.

Then don't tell that to the military.

They just placed an order for trucks with almost 300 million dollars and the trucks have duals on them

There’s probably a reason for it. Where’s the source of this? The military has been using super singles since the 90s.

Many mil trucks stay on pavement.

I guess for us that means lockers, lifts, and powerwagon stickers. So we can expo at the mall.

Well, I use super singles as vehicle weight with no extra rims, plus extra traction with extra wide tires. There is no reason to hate them.
