The fastest my Fuso has traveled, so far

I glanced over at the speedometer once to see it north of 80 mph! The wrecker is a 1981 Pete, smooth and powerful.
Engine brake replacement an a few recall updates at 2500 miles on the Fuso.

my old NPS non turbo hit 62mph the other day. I had to pull over and have a moment it was all very exciting.

my sphincter muscles start to tighten up right around 70 mph, 65- 67 seems to be about a comfortable speed for me and the "machine".
We have some 80 mph limit roads around the US, so drivers tend to travel 88, even the big rigs travel 70 plus these days.

My flatbed fuso 07 FE 140. 70 to 75 is not terrible. If I keep it at 65 I can get 14-15mpg, so that is where I keep it.

Fido maxes out at 79 mph via gps. The 37's are helpful in this regard.
