started out as a 2wd 2007 ranger sport. Went to Baja North in BC to get FibreWerx bedsides and fenders installed along with a Camburg 6.0 Kit.

I liked the whole pre runner style trucks and it was fun but ive since added 33's and 4.56 gears to help the anemic 3.0 v6out a little. I also took on the 4wd conversion with the truck. Now with it being torsion bar suspension the factory IFS front end was basically a direct fit without much modification. i slapped a set of 4.56's in the front and stuck it in. Now with that came the removal of my Camburg Kit. With Canadian winters and the amount of salt on the roads the exposed Uni balls take a beating.

So while i had down time i found a really good deal on a topper so i added it to the truck.

I think its very different seeing a topper on a pre runner with how far my box sides stick out. i also just aquired a 2000sqft shop in london where i will be building the truck and storing my toys.

Anyways onto how the truck currently sits. i decided to plastidip the truck satin black for now and i must say it came out awesome.

I have a long list of upgrades for the truck starting shortly and will update the thread accordingly.

Thanks guys,

Matt

Loving the look. Good luck. Did you notice a big rpm change when you upgraded your gears?

Good to see you on here! You know how I always gawk over that thing whenever I see it driving around. Love it! Had no idea it started out 2wd.

Also funny how we both switched to LED bars at the same time!

Nice looking Ranger!

How did you lift the front with the 4WD conversion?

Currently its just a t-bar crank with the 33's and the glass fenders it looks like a lot more. if everything goes to plan its going to get a set of dixon bros ifs long travel setup in the front or ill just SAS it with a D44 and coilovers or ORI's if im feeling like spending a lot of money that day lol

The fenders do create that illusion! I wish RCD still made their lift.

The DB long travel looks like a good setup.

Look in my build thead for the '93 - I built a sleeping platform. You might get some ideas from it.

Great looking truck man! how are those tires on the wheel bearings? I have a 2002 ranger myself that I'll be building up and am planning on a little more mild 265/75 R16 with 8" rim and 4" BS.

They are pretty good, i actually am running 4" back spacing 8" wide wheels with the 33" tire seems to wear well, i mean it has 150,000 on it and havn't had to replace one yet and the truck has been lightly jumped a few times

I don't post much on the sight. I have to tell you. Your truck is awesome. I love rangers. I had one for for a few years. The only problem I ever had with it was the front hubs/ wheel bearing assembly. (4x4) I went through them alot!. They are not cheap.but then running 35×12 did not help either ;)
